I've always been the type of person who wants to understand how things actually work — not just get the surface-level answer. That curiosity became a big part of how I approach insurance.
I spend a lot of time researching carriers, policy language, underwriting requirements, coverage differences, and changes in the California insurance market. That attention to detail has helped me become especially comfortable with complicated or difficult-to-insure situations, where finding the right solution often requires looking beyond the obvious options.
My goal is to understand the details well enough to explain them clearly and help clients make informed decisions.
