Information you provide. When you submit a “Get a Quote” request or a contact message, we collect the information you choose to provide. Your full name, phone number, and a description of your insurance needs are required to submit the form. Your email address and property address are optional. You also select an insurance coverage category. Submitting an inquiry does not bind or guarantee coverage.

Information collected automatically. Our Site is built on the Base44 platform. Platform analytics is enabled by default and, when active, may collect usage data about how visitors interact with our Site, such as visits, page views, session duration, referrer information, and limited device characteristics including country, device type, and operating system.

We use the information we collect to:

• Review your inquiry, prepare insurance quotes, and communicate with you about coverage options.
• Share necessary information with insurance carriers and markets to obtain quotes and place coverage on your behalf.
• Respond to your questions and provide requested information.
• Send you information about other insurance products and services that may interest you, subject to applicable marketing consent requirements. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the contact information below.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our Site and understand how it is used through platform analytics.

Insurance carriers and markets. To obtain quotes and place coverage, we share the information necessary to underwrite and service your insurance, which may include your name, contact details, property address, and details about the risk to be insured.

Service providers. We share information with service providers that help us operate our business and our Site, including our website platform (Base44) and email and communications providers, who process information on our behalf.

Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Whether any particular disclosure is characterized as a “sale” or “share” under California law is a legal determination we encourage you to raise with us or your own counsel.

We periodically review the records we hold and retain them as needed for business, legal, regulatory, and insurance purposes. We do not commit to deleting or de-identifying information on a fixed schedule.

Our platform’s analytics feature, when active, collects the usage data described above. When a visitor signs in, our platform stores login tokens in local storage. We do not knowingly use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our Site.

Our platform may offer session recording functionality. When enabled, such recordings capture visitor browsing interactions and are retained for a limited period. We will update this policy if we enable this feature.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CPRA), to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
